was organized as part of the \u201cRomanian Artificial Intelligence Hub\u201d project, aligned with the research theme concerning artificial intelligence applications in medicine and healthcare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Through this workshop, the HRIA team aimed to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>provide a framework for communication and direct discussion regarding recent results obtained by HRIA research teams;<\/li>\n<li>facilitate a structured exchange of ideas\u2014both among project partners and with medical specialists\u2014aimed at identifying shared challenges;<\/li>\n<li>enable the strengthening of existing collaborations and the identification of new collaborative opportunities with potential users of the services developed within the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Themes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Explainable artificial intelligence for the analysis of medical data, signals, and images, with applications in computer-aided diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li>Natural language processing techniques for handling medical records, interpreting multimodal medical data, designing conversational assistants, and facilitating patient-physician communication.<\/li>\n<li>Intelligent systems for monitoring physiological parameters and controlling neuromotor rehabilitation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Artificial intelligence and robotics with applications in general surgery and oral surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Machine learning techniques for the analysis of biomedical data, images, and signals, including epidemiological and &#8220;omics&#8221; data (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Target group:<br \/>\nThe event was
