On December 17, Radio Romania published an interview<\/a> with Prof. Dr. Eng. Irina Mocanu, professor at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, and Senior Expert within the Romanian Artificial Intelligence Hub (HRIA).<\/p>\n

In the interview, Prof. Irina Mocanu discussed the importance of the HRIA project.<\/p>\n

We present a short excerpt from the interview with Professor Irina Mocanu: \u201cHRIA is a support mechanism for increasing the visibility of Romanian research in AI and for helping develop real\u2011world applications, through a collaboration between universities and companies. In this way, research carried out within the university can be transferred into the economy, bringing an added layer of real applicability.<\/p>\n
