HRIA aims to concentrate, crystallize, and advance Romania’s potential in research, development, and innovation (RDI) and human capital in Artificial Intelligence. Through a unified and strategic effort, the project contributes to long-term sustainable economic growth and social well-being. HRIA fully leverages the transformative potential of AI to stimulate economic development and societal impact in Romania, while enabling national RDI organizations to become fully integrated into the European and international research landscape.
As a nationally prioritized initiative, HRIA is designed to generate a ripple effect across industry, various economic sectors, and society at large – ensuring the widespread dissemination and adoption of AI technologies and practices throughout Romania.
