The overarching goal of the project is to establish and operationalize the Romanian Hub for Artificial Intelligence (HRIA) as a national center for research, development, and innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence. This will be achieved through the creation of an attractive and competitive research ecosystem that consolidates the efforts of both academic and economic stakeholders. The project aims to foster cutting-edge scientific research, facilitate the transfer of research outcomes to industry and society, support the development of new AI-based products and services, and generate a nucleus of knowledge and innovation integrated within the European Research Area.
